Thinking of You: Whimsy and Stars Studio

Hello everyone happy Thursday! Its a bittersweet day today as it's my last DT project for Whimsy and Stars Studio, the term has come to a close. I have been fortunate enough to create along side of some fabulous Ladies and work with such an amazing small business owner, Mabelle.

Our last project was just to create any project we wanted using any digi of our choice from the shop.

I decided to use this adorable little teddy called "Teddy's Flowers".

I used both my Spectrum Noir Markers and Pencils to color this little guy in.

My little picket fence is attached using some little metal hinges so it can swing open and shut to reveal this cutie to the fullest.

Rejoice Digi Release day: Whimsy and Stars Studio

Hello everyone :) it's digital release day for the Whimsy and Stars Studio blog! All of us design team gals are going to be showcasing projects using this "beary" cute image. Before I share my project, here is what you will want to do.

Rain or Shine: Whimsy & Stars Studio DT Post

Hello Everyone, It's my day to post over at the Whimsy & Stars Studio Blog :D I have a sweet little card to share with you all today using, Rain or Shine Friends.

 

I used my Silhouette cameo to trace my digi and then put a small offset around it to have a small boarder. I colored my digi using my Spectrum Noirs, colors used:

Big Girls Hair: TN3,TN8,EB3,EB4,BG7

Big Girls Clothing: TB3-TB5,BT3,GT1,GT2,CR3,CR5

Little Girls Hair: TN1,EB1,EB2

Little Girls Clothing: LY3,CT2,GB4

Skin tones are the same for both girls: FS2,FS4,FS9,CR3

Umbrella: BG3-BG5,BG7,BG8,BG10

Grass & Flowers: CG1,DG1,CG2,BP3,BP4

After my image was colored, I decided to add some glossy accents droplets to the umbrella to give the appearance of rain drops.

Whimsy & Stars Studio DT Day:

Hello everyone, happy hump day! It's my day to post over at the Whimsy & Stars Studio Blog :) For my project today, I decided to think a little outside of the box and instead of sharing a card with you all, I will be sharing a magnet I made.

 

I used the adorable digital stamp, from the Whimsy & Stars Studio Etsy store, called Dancing Egg and Chickie. I colored this adorable image in using my Spectrum Noirs.

Whimsy and Star Studio Design team day: Spring is in the Air!

Hello everyone happy Wednesday, it's posting day for me over at the Whimsy and Star Studio blog! I am going to be sharing a fun, bright and cheerful card using, Spring Garden Chickie.

This was such a treat to color. I added some black & white gel pen details to my butterfly's to make them look kinda like monarchs. I used my Spectrum Noirs to color in the rest of the image, here are the markers I used.

My pattern paper is from the Basic Grey Paper pack, Fiction.

Whimsy & Stars Studio Design Team Member Announcement & New release :D

 I am Excited to announce I have been chosen to join the design team over at Whimsy & Stars Studio :) I will be serving a 3 month term, creating adorable projects using their digi stamps. I am not just here to announce that I made it on the team, but to also share my first creation with you, using the adorable new digi image called "Daisy Bunny".

Isn't she just the sweetest!? You can find all of Whimsy & Stars Studios stamps(rubber & digi) over in their Etsy Shop and all digis are set up as instant download!!

Mabelle will be having a  giveaway to celebrate our first DT Showcase & Release of the year! She is going to be selecting TWO random winners who will win ONE Digi Stamp of their choice.  I colored my image in using my Spectrum Noirs and then made my clouds using some Tim Holtz distress ink. My vegetable pattern paper came from a digital paper pack by Echo Park called "Splendid Sunshine". The green polka dot paper is from a 6x6 paper pad called, "Lets Polka"by Lawn Fawn. 

I finished it up by stamping my sentiment using a stamp by My Pink Stamper and added a brad by My Minds Eye and finally, some crinkle ribbon from 3 Girl Jam.
